Refund Policy for Concierge Medicine For You
Refund Policy on Patient’s Billing for CMFY:
- There was an error in the billing process.
- The patient overpaid by mistake during the visit.
- Staff collected too much funds upfront based on an estimate.
- If you paid by credit card, a refund will be given in 10-14 business days.
- If you paid by cash, a refund will be given back on the same day of visit.
- No refund, if the medications have been sent out to the pharmacy.
